In accordance with s3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995, the City of Mandurah proposes to sell a 220sqm portion of land at Lot 417 (No. 14) Bennett Brook Circle, Greenfields, to Kara Jade Saich and Alysha Saich for consideration of $180,000.00 (inclusive of GST), in line with the market valuation of $180,000 (inclusive of GST) dated 14 November 2024.
Members of the public are invited to make submissions in relation to the proposal, and submissions should be made to City of Mandurah, PO BOX 210 Mandurah WA 6210 or council@mandurah.wa.gov.au by Wednesday 16 April 2025.
